Authorities in Outhoumphone are actively developing an integrated "tourism circuit," linking multiple well-known tourist attractions within the district. This 25-kilometer loop, which begins at Xeno Chicken Grill intersection, famous for its grilled chicken, is designed to offer a seamless and enriching travel experience. The circuit connects various natural and cultural sites, many of which are steeped in local history.

On November 4, 2025, Mr. Khamphan Sunivongsa, Head of the Outhoumphone Office of Culture and Tourism, led a team of technical officials on a survey mission to the final point of this circuit: Sala Pak Yen Nam Buay in Nong Paen Village. The purpose of the visit was to assess the site's readiness, focusing on infrastructure improvements such as a designated parking area and cleaning up of the entrance.

Further efforts included a precise re-survey of the land's boundaries, paving the way for the site to be officially registered as a cultural heritage area spanning over 10 hectares. These crucial steps are in preparation for the upcoming grand opening of Sala Pak Yen Nam Buy as an interesting tourist destination.

Mr. Khamphan shared his vision for the site, emphasizing its unique value as a location that blends cultural significance, natural beauty, and deep historical roots. "These areas possess stunning, picturesque landscapes and hold great historical importance," he stated. "We believe they have strong potential to attract both domestic and international tourists."

The true marvel and defining natural feature of the site is the "Nam Buy" or "water spring in English"—a captivating natural water source that promises a unique and refreshing encounter for all who visit.
