(KPL) At the invitation of Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, Lao Prime Minister Sonexay Siphandone, accompanied by his spouse and a high-level delegation, will undertake an official visit to Malaysia on 25 May 2025.
The visit aims to further strengthen bilateral relations and enhance cooperation between the Lao PDR and Malaysia, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
During their stay, PM Sonexay and his delegation will also participate in the 46th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits under the theme “Inclusivity and Sustainability”, hosted by Malaysia in its capacity as ASEAN Chair on 26-27 May 2025.
