Timor President visits Monument of Unknown Soldiers

KPL (KPL) Visiting President of Timor Leste José Manuel Ramos-Horta and his delegation of senior officials visited the Monument of Unknown Soldiers (Red Star) in Vientiane this morning to pay respect to the brave spirit of Lao ancestors and combatants who scarified for the revolutionary cause of the country.

(KPL) Visiting President of Timor Leste José Manuel Ramos-Horta and his delegation of senior officials visited the Monument of Unknown Soldiers (Red Star) in Vientiane this morning to pay respect to the brave spirit of Lao ancestors and combatants who scarified for the revolutionary cause of the country.

The Timor leader was accompanied by Head of the Presidential Office Khemmany Phonsena and relevant officials.

President Horta is on a state visit to the Lao PDR between Feb 27 and Mar 2 to further strengthen the relations and cooperation between the Lao PDR and Timor-Leste.
