KPL (KPL) On March 14, Vice President Pany Yathortou received in Vientiane Former Vice President of Vietnam Truong My Hoa as the latter was on a working visit to Laos between March 14-15.

(KPL) On March 14, Vice President Pany Yathortou received in Vientiane Former Vice President of Vietnam Truong My Hoa as the latter was on a working visit to Laos between March 14-15.

The Vice President highly valued the visit by the former Vietnamese Vice President as an important contribution to strengthening the relationship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between the two Parties, governments and peoples of Laos and Vietnam.

Both sides highly valued the longstanding relationship and cooperation between the two countries.

Vice President Pany Yathortou also expressed gratitude to the government and people of Vietnam for providing support and assistance on education, health, human resource development, among others, to the Lao PDR over the past years.

The former Vietnamese Vice President affirmed her commitment to strengthening the relationship and cooperation and mutual assistance between Laos and Vietnam.
