This activity was held to warmly welcome the 1st Congress of the Party Cell of the Investment Promotion and Management Committee, opening on August 31, 2026. It also served to express deep respect, gratitude, and acknowledgment of the great deeds and courageous, indomitable spirit of Lao ancestors, revolutionary fighters, and the multi-ethnic Lao people. These individuals heroically sacrificed their lives and blood for the revolutionary cause under the leadership of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party, ultimately achieving a great victory and proudly proclaiming the independence and establishment of the Lao PDR in 1975.
