Yalina Mahy, Legal Advisor of the institution, explained to Prensa Latina that Text Neck Syndrome refers to a repetitive stress injury to the neck caused by having one’s head in a forward position for extended period, a condition caused by the arbitrary use of new information and communications technologies, that hits adults, children, and young people.
She also praised the potential of Cuban medicine, not only within the national health system but also abroad.
Mahy e emphasized that Cuban Medical Services is committed not only to foreign clients but also to domestic audiences, who benefit from the products the marketing company exports.
She concluded that they are participating in the country’s second largest trade fair to showcase the potential of Cuban medicine to the world and contribute to attracting investment and providing services, boosting the economy of Cuba and the Caribbean.
