(KPL) On July 1, 2025, the Central Committee of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party sent a congratulatory message to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the occasion of the 104th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of China (CPC). 

The message read, “On the occasion of the 104th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (July 1, 1921 – July 1, 2025), the Central Committee of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party, its members, and the multi-ethnic Lao people extend warm congratulations and best wishes to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, its members, and the fraternal Chinese people. 

We are immensely pleased to see that over the past 104 years, the Communist Party of China has led the Chinese people through arduous and formidable trials, overcoming countless hardships, and achieving historic, comprehensive successes in building and developing the nation along the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. 

The Lao People’s Revolutionary Party highly commends and expresses utmost admiration for the great accomplishments attained by the CPC, the Chinese government, and the fraternal Chinese people, particularly in implementing the resolutions of the 20th National Congress of the CPC and advancing the modernization of Chinese socialism, which serves as a valuable lesson and strong inspiration for our Party, government, and multi-ethnic Lao people in continuing our mission to protect, build, and develop our nation under the socialist cause. 

We take great pride and joy in witnessing that under the leadership of the two Parties’ central committees, the time-honoured friendship between the two Parties, governments, and peoples of Laos and China has grown deeper and more fruitful with each passing day.

The construction of a Laos-China community with a shared future continues to strengthen, achieving tangible successes day by day and delivering ever-greater benefits to the peoples of both nations.

On this glorious occasion, we extend our best wishes for the Communist Party of China to achieve even greater successes in leading and guiding the nation’s development along the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics, realizing the goal of building a modern, prosperous, strong, democratic, culturally advanced, harmonious, and beautiful socialist China. 

May the long-standing friendship, the four-good principles, and the Laos-China community with a shared future remain everlasting and unshakable.”
