The National Election Committee has officially announced that 4,764,384 Lao citizens are registered to cast their ballots in the upcoming elections for the 10th National Assembly (NA) and the 5th Provincial People’s Councils (PPC).

In a press conference held on 12 February 2026, Mr. Chaleun Yiapaoher, Vice President of the National Assembly and Spokesperson for the National Election Committee, released the comprehensive voter data to ensure public awareness both at home and abroad.

Total: 4,764,384 people

Female Voters: 2,384,104

Overseas Voters: 23,378 (including 7,828 women)
