In response to the invitation of Mr. Anwar Ibrahim, Prime Minister of Malaysia, Mr. Sonexay Siphandone, Prime Minister of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, together with his spouse and delegation, will attend the 47th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits to be held under the theme “Inclusivity and Sustainability” on October 26–28, 2025, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with Malaysia serving as the ASEAN Chair.
