PM Pays Guidance Visit to Phongsaly Province
(KPL) On September 10, 2026, Prime Minister Sonexay Siphandone and his delegation conducted a guidance visit to Phongsaly Province.
They were warmly welcomed by Major General Somphone Mittaphone, President of the Provincial People's Council, alongside members of the Provincial Party Committee, the president of the provincial administration committee, and other relevant officials.
During a meeting with key provincial figures, Prime Minister Sonexay Siphandone emphasized several core priorities on translating the resolution on building an independent and self-reliant economy into robust, practical transformations, while focusing on modernizing revenue collection and expanding stable new revenue streams.
He also urged proactive efforts and concrete actions in education, environmental protection, public health, and the crackdown on online scammers.
