The Defense Forces and Public Security held a rehearsal on 12 November 2025 at the National Stadium in preparation for the 50th anniversary of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic (Lao PDR).
Senior officials, including Vice President Bounthong Chitmany and Deputy Prime Minister Chansamone Chanyalath, observed the rehearsal alongside other government and military leaders.
The rehearsal focused on parade formation, coordination, equipment use, and overall organization to ensure a smooth, precise, and dignified main event. Led by the General Staff Department of the Army, the exercise highlighted the nation’s achievements over the past 50 years while fostering patriotism, unity, and national pride.
Officials emphasized discipline, timing, and synchronization, ensuring that each segment of the parade is executed flawlessly.
The practice demonstrated the dedication and professionalism of all participating units ahead of the landmark celebration.
