A ceremony held for new and former Information Ministers

(KPL) A handover ceremony for new and former Ministers of Information, Culture and Tourism was held this morning in Vientiane in the presence of newly elected Prime Minister Phankham Viphavanh.

Ms Souansavan Viyaket has been appointed as new Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism replacing Mr Kikeo Khaykhamphithoun who held the post for more than 17 months.

The ceremony was witnessed by senior officials of departments, institutes and offices affiliated to the Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism and representatives of relevant organisations.
